Absolutely disappointed with the quality of packaging - I totally don’t understand how it is possible to put a destroyed tube with paste to the carton bag and send it to a customer. The metal!!!!! tube is destroyed, paste is dry and couldn’t be used because of sanitary reasons. Total disrespect!

How do I exchange or return goods?
