White Clay

Masks – Mix 3 tablespoons of clay with your favorite hydrosol or mineral water (4 tablespoons). Stir until it reaches the consistency of "homogenized cheese." Add a few drops of 1% hyaluronic acid. Apply to your face for a few minutes (about 15 minutes), then rinse thoroughly with water. After rinsing, pat your face dry or spritz with a toning hydrosol. Follow up with your favorite cream or create an occlusive layer by mixing a few drops of hyaluronic acid with a few drops of your favorite oil in your hand, then apply to your face.

Peeling – Mix 2 tablespoons of clay with 1/2 tablespoon of ground almonds. Add 1 tablespoon of hydrosol or mineral water. Massage your face with the prepared peeling mixture for about 2 minutes. Then rinse your face thoroughly with water. After rinsing, pat your face dry or spritz with a toning hydrosol. Follow up with your favorite cream or create an occlusive layer by mixing a few drops of hyaluronic acid with a few drops of your favorite oil in your hand, then apply to your face.

Bath – Add 100 grams of clay to your bath, preferably under running water. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your body thoroughly after bathing. Follow up with an essential oil or lotion.

Paste – Scoop some clay with a wet toothbrush (dip the toothbrush into the clay) and brush your teeth as you would with toothpaste.
