The parfume came broken. Contacted the complaints department and after a week of waiting finally received an answer that the courier will be contacted. I don't understand what contacting the courier company has to do with me. I received a broken order, provided the evidence of it and should have been reimbursed within the few days time. The dealings with the courier company have nothing to do with me. Very disappointing experience this time.
