We aim to keep every customer satisfied, which is why we offer a convenient and transparent return system. Just follow these simple steps:

If the product is unused and its original condition and packaging are intact (e.g., not torn, no labels removed), you may request a cancellation or refund within 14 days of purchase. You can return an item if it’s defective, incorrect, or if you made a mistake when placing your order. Even well-known brands are not immune to production errors, and packaging mistakes can occasionally occur.

2. Why do you need photos?
As we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store, photos help us understand the issue quickly and verify the condition of the item. This speeds up the return and refund process. In cases where you no longer want the item or made an ordering error, the packaging must be undamaged for the return to be accepted.
3. Returns
Once we have processed your request to return an item, you will receive a response from us within 14 days. Once the relevant department has approved the return, we will send detailed return instructions to your email.
4. Return shipping costs
Please note that we only cover the cost of the return if the error that occurred with your order was ours.
If the return is due to a customer error, the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
