I ordered the color caramel, used it for blonde, the color turned out deep red, although I left it on for less than an hour. Please tell me how I can wash off this paint?
Yuliia, hello! We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the color. Keep in mind that the undertone of the hair, whether the color is natural or dyed, and so on, matter a lot. You can try washing your hair more often within a week or two until the intense color washes off.
